At Proburst, customer satisfaction and product authenticity are our top priorities. Due to the consumable nature of health and nutrition supplements, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards for all returns and refunds.
*Returns Eligibility*
You may request a return or replacement only if the Product received is damaged, leaking, expired, defective, or incorrect or Tampered seal or packaging is found at the time of delivery and the request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To process your request smoothly, customers may be asked to provide the following details Order ID, Product images and Unboxing video showing the issue clearly
*Non-Returnable Products*
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange-Opened or used products,Products without original packaging, Products damaged after delivery and Orders placed by mistake or due to change of preference/flavour choice
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
COD order refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Refund timelines may vary between 5–10 business days depending on banking channels.
